The winter is the time of year to camp in Austin. Some of the Beat the Clock Cycling club guys and I will be spending the weekend camping and riding a nice loop I put together in the middle of hill country. While I doubt I’ll be maxed out in gearing like I was in this photo, there will be a lot of climbing and a lotta dirt. I can’t wait!

Iceland is in my top 10 destinations for a fatbike / MTB tour. I’m extremely jealous of the Poler crew!
Defgrip and Poler got together for a little road trip and made a video. A bunch of dudes, riding bikes, in a van, camping. I think that’s called “living the dream”.

Earlier this year, Jon, Ross and I took off on a 120 mile ride out to Colorado Bend State Park here in Texas for a weekend of camping. Poler sent along some goods and I shot some photos, many of which have just now made it onto the Poler site. Head on over and check them out!
