Cyclists love beer. I prefer bourbon. Bourbon fits in a bottle cage. A six pack does not. Velo Orange solves six pack problem. Cyclists rejoice.
… but it’s a prototype. Is this a good idea? I think people will dig it!

Back when I did the AWOL Transcontinental Review, people asked what front rack I was using. Well, Specialized has them in stock now for $50 and yes, it comes in black!
With the ever-increasing popularity of fatbikes, I enjoy seeing how shops display these beastly bikes. Most just lean them against something, or make a custom stand for their wide wheels. The Feedback Sports FATT RAKK operates like their standard racks, but for fattys.
Say goodbye to the bike shop fatbike lean…
Alan from Cycling WMD ups the ante with his latest creation: the Reefer Rack. Like his Hail Satan Porteur, this jammin’ creation is hand made in Alan’s studio. Each tube is mitered and welded together to form the shaka and the pot leaf. Personally, I think this is fucking incredible…
So, how much for one? You guessed it: $420. See more at Cycling WMD.
These racks take a lot of time to assemble. After each piece of stock is mitered and cleaned, it gets hand-welded. Alan posted this photo of a pre-welded rack. They’re pricey but if you want to bike the bullet on one, do so here.
But man, do they look rad!
Ok, this is pretty rad and while I still dig Alan’s Hail Satan Porteur, I’ll commend Tobias for keeping it DIY and letting that rack oxidize. Thanks for the heads up Alan!
How good is this? I had to take a photo of this when I saw it a few weeks ago at the Liberty.
The long sought-after TCB Prêt à Porteur racks are now back in stock, at a special, 20% off discount. Pick up a made in Portland stainless steel porteur rack for only $112 at TCB Racks!

If you’ve ever wanted to score one of these rad racks, head over to Cycling WMD to find out how you’ll be able to very shortly.
The 2012 Philly Bike Expo is approaching fast and one of my favorite bikes from last year’s show wasn’t on the floor in a booth, it was outside being ridden by Alan of Cycling WMD. This Hail Satan Porteur rack caused quite the stir and it wasn’t just its fluoro pink powder. Check out the HED 3 disk conversion! Alan’s always got something sneaky up his sleeve. Hopefully I’ll see him in Philly! Check out more of this Photoset Re-Up in the Gallery.
I’ve posted a few times about Fast Boy Cycles but it took this rack detail to get me to post about them again. How killer is that? Check out more of Cory’s Beer Porteur bike at the Fast Boy Flickr.
I get a few emails from time to time asking if I know what “happened to TCB Racks?”. Honestly, I have no idea but this photo that Damian Riehl posted to his Tumblr implies that Tad might be back in business.
